We are currently performing maintenance following the rollout of our new rapid scoring system introduced a few days ago.
Unfortunately, users located in negative time zones (such as the US, Canada, and South America) may not see their data, including Sleep Score and Energy Score, in the app.
For some other users, -Sleep scores may appear lower than usual due to a circadian rhythm scoring issue. -We have identified the cause of missing scores on certain days.
Please note that your data is still being recorded correctly and remains visible on our servers.
🛠️ Our team is actively working on these issues. Maintenance will continue over the next few days, and an app update will be released soon.
Other Known Issues
-Partial data on March 13–15 Activity intensity data was incomplete for part of the day. ✅ This issue has been resolved.
-Sync getting stuck Some users may experience syncing freezing at a certain percentage after an app update. 🔧 A fix is currently in progress.
