Welcome to Circular Ring’s Status Page!

We continuously monitor our systems in real time and are immediately notified of any outages. If you see an issue listed here, there’s no need to contact our support team — we’re already working on it.

If no issue is reported, it may mean the problem lies with our cloud provider, which may not always appear here.

🔎 Important to note: These outages are not related to your ring itself. Your hardware is functioning correctly.

An “ES02" or "ES03" error indicates the app cannot reach our servers.

If the app is slow to open or crashes on the splash screen, this is also due to server communication issues — not a hardware fault.

The same applies if you are unable to access your historical data.

❌ What NOT to do

Do not uninstall the app.

Do not log out of your account.

These actions will erase data stored on your phone and will only make the issue worse.

✅ What TO do

The best solution during a server outage is simply to wait and try again later when the general red or blue warning alert disappears in the app.
Your data will automatically sync as soon as the servers are back online.
