Serveur are disabled until we finish performing an update. You may currently be unable to sync and may see ES02 or ES03 errors when trying to upload data.
This is linked to maintenance on one of our services, not to your ring or your data. Your ring and phone continue to work normally, and your health data is safely stored locally on your phone, so nothing is lost.
Please retry syncing when the alert has disappeared. Once our servers are back online, your data will automatically sync.
You don’t need to do anything. Do not log out or uninstall the app, as this won’t help and could erase locally stored data.
