🔎 Important to note: These outages are not related to your ring itself. Your hardware is functioning correctly.
An “ES02 error” indicates the app cannot reach our servers.
If the app is slow to open or crashes on the splash screen, this is also due to server communication issues — not a hardware fault.
The same applies if you are unable to access your historical data.
❌ What NOT to do
Do not uninstall the app.
Do not log out of your account.
These actions will erase data stored on your phone and will only make the issue worse.
✅ What TO do
The best solution during a server outage is simply to wait and try again later.
Your data will automatically sync as soon as the servers are back online.
